Spain: Includes Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

2. Rates

Peninsular Spain: from €5.75
Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: from €7.33
Canary Islands: from €11.00

3. Delivery time

Peninsular Spain: From 2 to 5 working days.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: From 3 to 7 working days.

4. Order tracking

All shipments are made through Correos . Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to be able to track the status of the package directly on the Correos website.

5. Restrictions and conditions

Weight and dimensions limit: The rates mentioned are applicable to packages up to 2 kg and with a maximum size of 30x20x20. For larger weights or dimensions, please contact us for more information.
Failed delivery: In the event that the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the customer will be responsible for additional charges arising from a second delivery attempt.
Damage or loss: If the package arrives damaged or is not received, contact us as soon as possible to file a claim with the shipping company.
