CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
All products are personalized and made to order. This means that once the order is confirmed, the user accepts that the product is unique and made specifically for them, therefore, no changes or returns are accepted.

To place an order, please contact us via the chat on the page or send an email to ninotsbym@gmail.com . Since our products are made to order, delivery dates may vary depending on the specifications of the order. When contacting us, you can request a specific delivery date (for example, for a birthday or anniversary) or make a special request (change of color, type of wool, or even a specific character). We will provide you with all the information about delivery dates, shipping and, in case of making a special request, we will inform you about its feasibility.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIME
Some of our products are available in stock, but most are made to order. Production times can vary considerably depending on the order placed, so we ask you to send an email to ninotsbym@gmail.com and we will provide you with all the necessary information. Once the product has been shipped, we will notify you and, if possible, provide you with a tracking number.
PAYMENT
Payment for orders will be made through Bizum. Once the order is accepted, an initial payment of 50% of the total will be made. The rest of the amount must be paid before the product is shipped.
The price of the products does not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and added to the order before the purchase is completed.
